DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this moment we are only accepting US orders. Hopefully in the future international shipping will be accepted.

ARE YOU VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?

Yes, we are vegan and cruelty free!

HOW DO I CONTACT YOUR COMPANY?

Please understand that I am one and only one person. Processing will take up to 3-7 days, if there are any delays you will be sent an email as well as a notice on our socials. I can only do shipping to the U.S.  at this moment. I have NO control over how fast or slow shipping is. Shipping speed goes along as the following: 

Retail ground: 2-9 days 

Priority mail: 1-3 days

Priority mail express: 1-2 days

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please contact me through direct message or email. Please inspect your package within 1 week for damages or if you received the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and make the order right. Please provide the following when doing so: 

- name placed on order

- order number 

- Photo/video proof 

WHO IS THE ARTIST FOR VAMPIVA COSMETICS?

Angel (CEO). All art work/designs are done by the  CEO. If anything is NOT done by Vampiva's CEO then the artist will be credited and mentioned.

DO YOU ACCEPT BRAND AMBASSADOR, AFFILIATE, PR OR COLLABORATIONS?

we are currently looking for brand ambassadors. if you wish to apply please click here 

At this moment we do not accept any PR, collaborative or affiliate requests. However in the future we will start to accept these requests.

REFUNDS /RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All products are final due to hygiene purposes. You can only be refunded if your package was received damaged. Returns will only be accepted if you received your order damaged. 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

After placing an order you CAN NOT cancel orders before 72 hours. I can NOT cancel an order after being shipped. 

LOST/ RETURNED/ UNDELIVERED/ PACKAGES

Please double check the address before placing an order. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will have to repay shipping fee 

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for your package after shipping! If your package has been marked “delivered” but is unreceived please contact the shipping company. After shipping all orders are out of my possession therefore I can NOT retrieve orders.
